About the Role
What if your voice could directly shape how AI communicates with millions of Italian speakers around the world? We're looking for professional Italian-speaking voice actors and voice-over artists to record high-quality vocal content and evaluate AI-generated speech — helping frontier AI systems sound more natural, expressive, and authentically human.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just a trained voice, fluency in Italian, and a professional recording setup.

What You'll Do
- Record high-quality voice samples in Italian from provided scripts and prompts
- Evaluate AI-generated voice outputs for naturalness, pronunciation, tone, and expressiveness
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve the quality of AI-generated Italian speech
- Review and refine scripts to ensure accuracy, clarity, and natural delivery
- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or similar fields
- Native or highly fluent Italian speaker with a strong command of natural spoken Italian
- Equipped with a high-quality microphone and a quiet, controlled recording environment
- Able to deliver clear, expressive, and engaging vocal performances consistently
- Detail-oriented when assessing pronunciation, intonation, rhythm, and tone
- No prior AI or tech experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience across multiple Italian regional accents or dialects
- Background in broadcast, film dubbing, e-learning narration, or commercial voice-over
- Familiarity with AI tools or audio evaluation workflows
- Home studio setup with acoustic treatment
