What You'll Do

  • Complete structured tasks — including labeling, rating, and evaluating AI-generated content — that directly improve AI model performance
  • Classify and annotate content across text, image, and audio formats
  • Rate and evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, clarity, tone, and quality
  • Follow detailed task guidelines and rubrics with precision and consistency
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Sharp attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions carefully
  • Strong written communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated and reliable — you can manage your own time and workload
  • Comfortable using web-based tools and platforms
  • Curious and engaged — you care about doing work that's accurate and meaningful
  • No prior AI or technical experience required

Nice to Have

  • Experience in writing, editing, research, or content review
  • Familiarity with AI tools as an end user
  • Background in quality assurance, data entry, or annotation work
