About the Role
What if your time spent on social media could actually pay off — and help shape the future of AI in the process? We're looking for Social Media Content Evaluators to review and rate AI-generated posts, captions, and comments, helping ensure that AI communicates online the way real people actually do.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone who's tuned in to social media culture and has a sharp eye for what makes content land. No marketing degree or content creation experience required — just a genuine feel for what works online and what doesn't.

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated social media posts, captions, and comments across a range of platforms and formats
- Evaluate content for tone, relevance, engagement potential, clarity, and cultural appropriateness
- Identify content that feels robotic, off-brand, culturally tone-deaf, or otherwise problematic
- Provide structured feedback on trending topics, internet culture, voice, and platform norms
- Flag content that could be misleading, inappropriate, or harmful
- Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule
Who You Are
- An active social media user with a strong sense of what resonates online
- Culturally aware — you understand tone, trends, and what's appropriate across different audiences and contexts
- Detail-oriented with a consistent, thoughtful approach to evaluation
- Clear and concise written communicator
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No prior marketing, content creation, or AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with multiple social media platforms — Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and others
- Background in writing, communications, marketing, or media
- Experience with content moderation, community management, or brand voice
- Awareness of internet culture, meme formats, and evolving online trends
