About the Role
What if your coding knowledge could directly influence the future of AI? We're looking for Code Review Specialists to evaluate AI-generated code — helping top research labs build software that's smarter, cleaner, and more reliable.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to developers of all backgrounds. Whether you're self-taught, a hobbyist, or a seasoned programmer, if you can read and reason about code, we want your perspective.

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated code in Python, JavaScript, and other languages for correctness, efficiency, and readability
- Identify bugs, logical errors, and edge cases that could cause problems in real-world use
- Rate code quality using structured evaluation rubrics
- Suggest clear, actionable improvements and explain your reasoning in plain language
- Work across a range of programming challenges and difficulty levels
- Complete assignments independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Able to read and understand code in at least one programming language
- Analytical thinker who enjoys spotting what's wrong — and knowing how to fix it
- Clear written communicator who can explain technical concepts simply
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Self-taught developers, coding bootcamp graduates, and hobbyists are strongly encouraged to apply
- No computer science degree or formal professional experience required
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with multiple programming languages
- Experience with code review, debugging, or software testing
- Background in competitive programming, open source contribution, or personal projects
- Prior exposure to AI tools or development environments
