What You'll Do
- Complete structured tasks — including labeling, rating, and classifying — that train AI systems to be more accurate and reliable
- Evaluate AI-generated content across text, image, and audio formats
- Follow detailed guidelines and rubrics to ensure consistent, high-quality results
- Flag errors, inconsistencies, or low-quality outputs using standardized evaluation tools
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Detail-oriented and consistent — you take instructions seriously and follow through
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently without close supervision
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Comfortable using web-based tools and platforms
- Curious and open to working across a variety of content types and topics
- No prior AI or technical experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience in content review, data entry, research, or quality assurance
- Familiarity with AI tools or platforms as an end user
- Background in writing, editing, or critical analysis
