About the Role

We're looking for experienced management and leadership educators to help shape how AI understands organizational behavior, decision-making, and leadership. Your expertise will directly influence the quality of AI reasoning in one of the most complex and high-stakes domains — how people lead, manage teams, and build organizations.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your real-world knowledge makes a measurable difference.

What You'll Do

  • Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and soundness
  • Evaluate AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design
  • Identify unrealistic assumptions, logical gaps, or weak decision-making frameworks in AI outputs
  • Provide clear, structured feedback to improve how AI models managerial thinking and tradeoffs
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
  • Strong command of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management principles
  • Skilled at evaluating decision-making quality and articulating why reasoning succeeds or fails
  • Comfortable working through written scenarios and providing detailed analytical feedback
  • Self-directed and reliable in an asynchronous remote environment

Nice to Have

  • MBA or Master's degree in Management, Organizational Behavior, or a related field
  • Hands-on industry experience in leadership, operations, or people management
  • Familiarity with AI systems, content evaluation, or data annotation workflows
