We're looking for chemistry experts to help train and improve the next generation of AI models. At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research labs — and we need people who think rigorously about chemistry to help these systems reason better, solve harder problems, and produce more accurate results.
If you have a Master's in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related field, your knowledge is exactly what's needed. No AI background required.

What You'll Do
- Design advanced chemistry problems across domains such as chemical engineering, biochemistry, organic chemistry, and thermodynamics to challenge and evaluate AI performance
- Develop clear, rigorous, step-by-step solutions that demonstrate strong scientific reasoning
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, logical consistency, and depth of understanding
- Collaborate with researchers to develop and refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Master's-level chemistry topics
- Provide structured, high-quality feedback that directly improves how AI models handle complex scientific content
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains
- Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- No prior AI or data annotation experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or academic research
- Familiarity with AI tools or large language models
- Background spanning multiple chemistry subfields
