About the Role
What if your love of storytelling could directly influence how AI communicates with millions of readers? We're looking for Creative Writing Evaluators to read, assess, and provide feedback on AI-generated fiction, poetry, essays, and more — helping shape the next generation of AI writing tools.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to passionate readers and writers of all backgrounds. No published writing credits required — just a sharp literary eye and a genuine feel for what makes writing work.

What You'll Do
- Read and evaluate AI-generated creative writing across genres — fiction, poetry, essays, scripts, and more
- Assess writing quality across dimensions including style, tone, coherence, originality, and reader engagement
- Identify weaknesses such as clichés, unnatural phrasing, logical inconsistencies, or flat characterization
- Provide clear, constructive written feedback to help AI systems produce more compelling and authentic writing
- Complete structured evaluations independently on your own schedule
Who You Are
- A genuine lover of reading and writing with a strong sense of what makes creative work resonate
- Able to articulate why something works — or doesn't — with clarity and precision
- Strong command of English language, grammar, and literary style
- Comfortable working through significant volumes of text with consistency
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated when working independently
- No published writing experience or formal literary credentials required
Nice to Have
- Background in creative writing, English literature, journalism, or editing
- Experience with writing workshops, literary criticism, or content evaluation
- Familiarity with multiple genres or forms of creative writing
- Prior work in proofreading, copyediting, or quality assurance
