About the Role
We're looking for chemistry experts to help train and improve the next generation of AI systems. Your deep knowledge of chemistry will directly shape how AI understands, reasons through, and solves complex scientific problems — making a real impact on one of the most exciting frontiers in technology.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI experience required — just strong chemistry expertise and a sharp analytical mind.

What You'll Do
- Design challenging, rigorous chemistry problems spanning areas such as chemical engineering, biochemistry, organic chemistry, and physical chemistry
- Develop detailed, step-by-step solutions that demonstrate clear and accurate scientific reasoning
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for correctness, depth, and quality of reasoning
- Collaborate with researchers to build and refine benchmarks across undergraduate to Master's-level chemistry topics
- Provide structured, actionable feedback that helps AI models improve over time
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree (or higher) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
- Strong problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains
- Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
- Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to evaluating quality and accuracy
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in an asynchronous environment
- No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with large language models or AI research tools
- Background spanning multiple chemistry subdisciplines
