About the Role
At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research teams and labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models. We're looking for Health Informatics Analysts to bring their domain expertise to a new frontier — helping AI systems understand, reason about, and accurately represent healthcare data and clinical workflows.
Your hands-on experience with EHR systems, clinical reporting, and health data will directly shape how next-generation AI handles one of the most complex and consequential domains in the world.

What You'll Do
- Analyze and evaluate AI-generated healthcare content, data interpretations, and clinical reasoning for accuracy and quality
- Apply your EHR and health informatics expertise to review AI outputs related to clinical workflows, operational data, and health information systems
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, or gaps in AI-generated healthcare analysis and provide structured, actionable feedback
- Assess the quality of data pipelines, reporting outputs, and health system evaluations generated by AI models
- Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Hands-on experience with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms
- Strong analytical skills including data interpretation, trend analysis, and reporting
- Ability to evaluate complex health informatics content clearly and systematically
- Comfortable working with clinical, technical, and operational subject matter
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation systems
- Familiarity with health information standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD coding, etc.)
- Background in clinical decision support or population health analytics
- Prior work with AI, machine learning, or NLP tools in a healthcare context
