About the Role
We're looking for experienced postsecondary Business instructors to help shape how AI understands and communicates core business concepts. Your classroom expertise will directly influence the quality, accuracy, and real-world relevance of AI systems used by millions — making a tangible impact on the future of business education and AI development.

- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
- Design and review business questions, scenarios, and case studies used in AI training
- Evaluate AI-generated business content for accuracy, clarity, and practical relevance
- Provide structured, expert feedback to improve AI reasoning, explanations, and real-world examples
- Apply your teaching experience to validate complex scenarios and identify edge cases
- Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience teaching business at the postsecondary level
- Strong command of core business topics including management, strategy, operations, and finance
- Able to clearly evaluate and articulate business reasoning in written form
- Detail-oriented and comfortable reviewing structured content at scale
- Self-motivated and reliable in an asynchronous remote environment
- No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Industry or applied business experience outside of academia
- Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows
