This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for working voice professionals. No AI background needed — just exceptional Italian vocal delivery and a professional recording setup. And no, this does not involve voice cloning of any kind.

What You'll Do
- Record high-quality Italian voice performances using a large diaphragm microphone (LDM), following provided scripts and creative prompts
- Evaluate AI-generated Italian speech for naturalness, pronunciation accuracy, emotional expression, and overall quality
- Provide detailed, actionable feedback to help improve synthesized voice outputs
- Review and suggest script adjustments to enhance clarity and ensure authentic, natural-sounding delivery
- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Experienced voice actor, narrator, audiobook reader, or voice-over professional
- Native or near-native fluency in Italian with a strong command of natural spoken delivery
- Owner of a professional-grade microphone and access to a quiet, acoustically controlled recording environment
- Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances across a range of styles and tones
- Sharp ear for nuance — you notice subtle differences in rhythm, intonation, and pronunciation
- Detail-oriented when evaluating voice quality and providing structured feedback
Nice to Have
- Experience across multiple Italian regional accents or vocal styles
- Background in audiobook narration, commercial voice-over, or broadcast media
- Familiarity with audio production tools or DAW software
- Prior experience evaluating or rating audio content professionally
