About the Role
What if your deep expertise in cancer clinical trials could directly shape how AI understands and reasons about oncology — influencing research that could one day save lives at scale?
We're looking for experienced Oncology Clinical Researchers to bring real-world clinical rigor into cutting-edge AI development. You'll work alongside leading AI research teams to ensure the oncology data, insights, and reasoning powering next-generation AI models meet the highest scientific, regulatory, and clinical standards.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role — built for working clinicians, researchers, and oncology experts who want to contribute to something genuinely transformative on their own schedule.
- Organization: Alignerr
- Type: Hourly Contract
- Location: Remote
- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
- Design and evaluate oncology clinical trial protocols — including study design, patient enrollment frameworks, and regulatory and ethical compliance standards
- Analyze cancer trial data across safety, efficacy, and biomarker endpoints to assess treatment performance and clinical relevance
- Translate trial outcomes into regulatory-grade scientific narratives aligned with FDA, EMA, and other agency submission standards
- Review and evaluate AI-generated oncology content and clinical insights for scientific accuracy, regulatory alignment, and real-world clinical applicability
- Help shape how frontier AI systems understand, reason about, and communicate complex oncology concepts
- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Experienced in designing and managing oncology clinical trials from protocol development through data readout
- Strong background in analyzing oncology clinical data — including endpoints, safety profiles, biomarkers, and statistical outcomes
- Familiar with regulatory submission standards for agencies such as the FDA or EMA
- Detail-oriented and rigorous — you hold AI-generated content to the same standards you'd apply in a clinical or regulatory setting
- Comfortable working independently on structured, task-based assignments
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows
- Background in oncology drug development, translational research, or clinical operations
- Experience authoring or reviewing clinical study reports, regulatory briefing documents, or scientific publications
- Familiarity with AI tools or content evaluation platforms
Why Join Us
