- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
- Develop, solve, and review advanced material science problems with real-world relevance and technical depth
- Apply your expertise in semiconductor materials, molecular modeling, or related specializations to design complex, high-quality problem sets
- Evaluate AI-generated scientific reasoning and outputs for accuracy, clarity, and rigor
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to improve model performance
- Ensure scientific depth and precision across all deliverables — from problem framing to solution review
Who You Are
- Holds a Master's or PhD in Material Science or a closely related field
- Strong expertise in semiconductor materials, molecular modeling, or adjacent research areas
- Comfortable coding in Python or MATLAB for research applications or technical problem-solving
- Exceptional written communicator with sharp attention to detail
- Self-directed and reliable when working independently in an asynchronous environment
- Fluent in English and based in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, or New Zealand
