About the Role

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to motivated individuals from any background. No technical or AI experience needed — just sharp attention to detail and a willingness to follow clear guidelines.

What You'll Do
- Complete structured labeling, rating, and evaluation tasks that train AI systems to be more accurate and reliable
- Assess AI-generated content across text, image, and audio formats for quality and correctness
- Apply detailed guidelines and rubrics to ensure consistency across all tasks
- Flag errors, inconsistencies, or low-quality outputs using structured feedback tools
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions precisely and consistently
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own time and workload
- Comfortable using web-based tools and platforms
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Curious, reliable, and committed to producing high-quality work
- No prior AI, tech, or domain-specific experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience in content review, research, data entry, or quality assurance
- Familiarity with AI tools or platforms as an everyday user
- Background in writing, editing, or analytical work
