About the Role
We're looking for Czech language experts to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on Czech-language content. Your linguistic insight will directly shape how AI understands, generates, and communicates in Czech — making a real impact on a language that deserves to be represented accurately and authentically in the next generation of AI technology.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to native and near-native Czech speakers. No prior AI experience required.

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated Czech translations and original content for accuracy and naturalness
- Identify mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, register mismatches, or cultural issues
- Suggest improvements for clear, idiomatic, and culturally appropriate Czech
- Provide structured feedback on linguistic and cultural quality
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Native or near-native fluency in Czech
- Strong written communication skills in both Czech and English
- Solid command of contemporary Czech usage across different contexts and registers
- Comfortable evaluating written language quality at scale
- Attention to detail and consistency
- No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience in translation, localization, editing, or linguistics
- Familiarity with AI or language evaluation workflows
- Academic or professional background in Czech language, literature, or a related field
