At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research teams and labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models. We're looking for experienced EMR/EHR Implementation Specialists to lend their real-world clinical systems expertise to the next generation of healthcare AI.
Your hands-on knowledge of platforms like Epic and Cerner — how they're configured, where they break down, and how workflows actually function — is exactly what's needed to help AI systems reason more accurately about healthcare operations and digital clinical environments.

What You'll Do
- Apply your EMR/EHR expertise to evaluate, annotate, and improve AI-generated content related to clinical systems and healthcare workflows
- Review AI outputs for technical accuracy, clinical relevance, and real-world plausibility
- Identify gaps, errors, or misrepresentations in how AI describes system configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting processes
- Provide structured, expert feedback that directly improves how AI models understand healthcare IT
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or optimizing EMR/EHR platforms — particularly Epic, Cerner, or similar systems
- Strong understanding of clinical and administrative healthcare workflows
- Ability to critically evaluate technical content and identify inaccuracies
- Clear written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
- Background in clinical informatics or healthcare IT consulting
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in healthcare systems (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, etc.)
