About the Role
What if your voice could directly shape how AI understands and communicates with millions of Spanish speakers across Mexico and beyond? We're partnering with leading AI research teams to capture authentic, natural Mexican Spanish speech — and we need professional voice actors to bring it to life.
This is a paid contract role for experienced voice actors and voice-over artists based in Mexico. You'll record in a professional studio environment, contributing to AI speech projects that have real-world impact. This project does not involve voice cloning.
- Type: Hourly Contract
- Session Format: In-person professional studio recording
- Session Length: 4 hours per session (2–3 sessions total)
What You'll Do
- Record natural, conversational Mexican Spanish speech in a professional studio setting
- Participate in single-speaker sessions and dual-speaker dialogue recordings
- Deliver realistic, human-sounding dialogue — think natural conversation, not scripted performance
- Follow light direction to vary tone, pacing, and delivery as needed
- Bring authenticity and professionalism to every session
Who You Are
- A professional voice actor or voice-over artist with real recording experience
- A native or near-native speaker of Mexican Spanish with a genuine Mexican accent
- Comfortable performing natural, unscripted-sounding dialogue in a studio environment
- Reliable, professional, and receptive to direction
- Working-level English fluency for communication purposes
- Currently based in Mexico
Nice to Have
- Acting or performance background
- Experience in broadcast, podcast, or prior professional studio recording
- Comfort with both solo performance and conversational dialogue formats
