Who You Are
- Experienced in healthcare analytics, data science, or clinical operations
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, outcome measures, and quality metrics
- Skilled at synthesizing large volumes of complex clinical information into clear, structured outputs
- Detail-oriented and systematic — you don't just find patterns, you know what they mean
- Self-directed and reliable when working independently in a remote setting
