About the Role
What if your eye for detail and critical thinking could directly influence how AI systems think, respond, and improve? We're looking for AI Training Specialists to complete structured evaluation and labeling tasks that teach AI models to be more accurate, helpful, and reliable.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to people from all backgrounds. No prior AI or technical experience required — just focus, consistency, and a willingness to follow clear guidelines.

What You'll Do
- Complete structured tasks — labeling, classifying, and rating AI-generated content — that directly improve AI model performance
- Evaluate AI outputs across text, image, and audio formats for accuracy, quality, and relevance
- Follow detailed guidelines and rubrics to ensure consistent, high-quality results
- Flag errors, inconsistencies, or low-quality outputs using structured feedback tools
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow instructions precisely
- Self-motivated and reliable — you can manage your own time and hit quality benchmarks
- Comfortable using web-based platforms and tools
- Strong written English communication skills
- No prior AI, data, or technical experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience in content review, research, editing, or quality assurance
- Familiarity with AI tools or evaluation workflows
- Background in critical analysis, writing, or academic research
