About the Role
We're looking for experienced postsecondary Business instructors to help shape the next generation of AI. Your classroom expertise will directly influence how AI systems understand, reason through, and communicate core business concepts — from strategy and management to operations and finance.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your teaching experience does the heavy lifting. No AI background required.

What You'll Do
- Design and review business questions and real-world scenarios used to train AI systems
- Evaluate AI-generated business content for accuracy, clarity, and practical relevance
- Provide structured written feedback to improve AI reasoning, explanations, and examples
- Apply your teaching experience to validate scenarios, identify gaps, and catch edge cases
- Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience teaching business at the postsecondary level
- Strong command of core business topics including management, strategy, operations, and finance
- Able to clearly evaluate and articulate business reasoning in written form
- Comfortable reviewing structured content and delivering detailed, constructive feedback
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Real-world industry or applied business experience
- Familiarity with AI tools, content evaluation, or instructional design
