About the Role
What if your eye for detail could directly influence how AI understands the documents that power our world — contracts, reports, articles, forms, and more? We're looking for Document Review Specialists to read, annotate, and classify documents that teach AI systems how to interpret structured and unstructured text.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong reading comprehension and a systematic approach to work. No legal background, document management experience, or prior AI knowledge required — just a sharp mind and a commitment to accuracy.

What You'll Do
- Read and annotate a diverse range of documents — including articles, reports, contracts, and forms — to help AI systems understand real-world text
- Classify document sections, identify key information, and label important data points
- Extract and tag critical entities, dates, relationships, and concepts from text
- Follow structured annotation guidelines with precision and consistency
- Maintain high quality and accuracy across large document sets
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Strong reading comprehension and ability to process diverse document types
- Naturally detail-oriented with a systematic, methodical approach
- Comfortable following structured guidelines and applying them consistently at scale
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No legal, paralegal, or document management experience required
Nice to Have
- Background in research, editing, data entry, or quality assurance
- Experience working with structured data or annotation tools
- Familiarity with AI or content evaluation workflows as an end user
