About the Role

We're looking for experienced Population Health Informaticists to apply their expertise to AI projects focused on improving how intelligent systems understand, analyze, and act on population-level health data.
Your domain knowledge will directly shape the quality and accuracy of AI tools built for public health — meaningful work that extends beyond the screen.

What You'll Do
- Evaluate and improve AI-generated analyses of population health datasets for accuracy, depth, and clinical relevance
- Identify gaps, errors, or misinterpretations in AI outputs related to health trends, disparities, and community outcomes
- Provide structured expert feedback on data pipelines, dashboard logic, and health surveillance frameworks
- Apply your knowledge of epidemiology, health equity, and public health informatics to guide AI reasoning
- Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Experienced working with healthcare, public health, or population-level datasets
- Skilled in data analysis, visualization, or health informatics tools and reporting frameworks
- Able to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights
- Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills
- Comfortable evaluating and critiquing technical health data work at scale
Nice to Have
- Background in epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, or health informatics
- Experience with data annotation, quality assurance, or evaluation systems
- Familiarity with AI or machine learning workflows in a health context
- Prior work in health equity, surveillance systems, or population health management
