About the Role

What if your MBA and hard-won business expertise could directly shape how AI advises the next generation of executives and business leaders? We're looking for Business Administration specialists to stress-test, challenge, and train advanced AI models across corporate finance, market strategy, operations, and organizational behavior.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI experience needed — just deep business knowledge, sharp analytical instincts, and a commitment to rigorous, executive-level thinking.

What You'll Do

  • Design Complex Business Challenges — Develop advanced case studies and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, cap table modeling, supply chain bottlenecks, and organizational design
  • Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Write rigorous, step-by-step responses that include financial statements, strategic frameworks (e.g., 4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-quality rationales that serve as training benchmarks for AI models
  • Audit AI-Generated Business Content — Evaluate AI outputs — including business plans, financial forecasts, and case analyses — for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and alignment with professional standards
  • Sharpen AI Reasoning — Identify and document flaws in AI reasoning, such as sunk cost errors, miscalculated WACC, or failure to account for macroeconomic variables, and provide structured, actionable feedback
  • Work Independently — Complete task-based assignments asynchronously, fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution
  • Strong command of at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management
  • Able to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-style analyses and recommendations
  • Detail-oriented — you catch errors in financial formulas, logical arguments, and data interpretation without missing a beat
  • Comfortable working independently with a high degree of precision and accountability
  • No prior AI or data annotation experience required

Nice to Have

  • Background in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
  • Experience with data annotation, quality assurance, or evaluation systems
  • Proficiency in data-driven tools such as Excel modeling, Tableau, or SQL
  • Familiarity with AI tools or language model evaluation workflows
