About the Role
Your clinical knowledge is more valuable than you think — beyond the bedside. We're looking for experienced nursing professionals to help evaluate and improve AI systems being developed for healthcare and clinical informatics. At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research labs, and we need nurses who understand real-world workflows to help AI get healthcare right.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your frontline nursing expertise directly shapes how AI understands clinical documentation, EHR systems, and patient care processes.

What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated clinical content and informatics outputs for accuracy, safety, and real-world applicability
- Review and provide structured feedback on AI responses related to nursing workflows, EHR documentation, and health data systems
- Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic assumptions in AI-generated clinical scenarios
- Apply your EHR experience (e.g., Epic, Cerner) to assess whether AI outputs reflect genuine clinical documentation practices
- Translate nursing workflow knowledge into clear, actionable feedback that helps AI teams improve system design
- Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with experience in clinical informatics or health IT
- Hands-on experience with EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner
- Strong understanding of clinical documentation workflows and nursing practice standards
- Ability to analyze clinical and system data and communicate insights clearly in writing
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation tasks
- Background in quality improvement, clinical education, or health IT implementation
- Familiarity with AI tools or language model evaluation workflows
