About the Role
We're looking for experienced management and leadership instructors to help shape the next generation of AI systems. Your real-world expertise in organizational behavior, team dynamics, and decision-making will directly influence how AI reasons about business leadership — making it smarter, more nuanced, and more reliable.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. You set your schedule and work asynchronously on your own terms.

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and realism
- Evaluate AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design
- Identify flawed assumptions, logical gaps, or weak decision-making logic in AI outputs
- Provide structured, expert feedback to improve how AI approaches managerial challenges
- Work independently and asynchronously — no meetings, no set hours
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
- Strong foundation in organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management principles
- Skilled at critically evaluating decision-making processes and tradeoffs
- Comfortable reviewing written scenarios and providing clear, actionable feedback
- Self-motivated and able to work independently within project timelines
Nice to Have
- MBA or Master's degree in Management or a related field
- Hands-on industry experience in leadership, operations, or organizational consulting
- Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows
