Adversary Exploitation Lead

$40-80/hrRemoteFreelanceCODING

About the Role

What if your offensive security expertise could directly shape how AI understands cyber threats, adversary behavior, and real-world exploitation? We're looking for an Adversary Exploitation Lead to analyze attack chains, evaluate threat-actor tactics, and produce structured assessments that help AI systems reason more accurately about cybersecurity.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for experienced security professionals who think like attackers — and know how to communicate what they find.

  • Type: Hourly Contract
  • Location: Remote
  • Commitment: Flexible, task-based

What You'll Do

  • Analyze exploitation chains, privilege-escalation paths, and attack surfaces across a range of threat scenarios
  • Evaluate threat-actor tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) with structured, evidence-based assessments
  • Identify systemic weaknesses and conditions that enable adversary exploitation
  • Summarize adversary behaviors, operational patterns, and campaign characteristics in clear, actionable documentation
  • Validate detection logic and challenge defensive assumptions with an offensive mindset
  • Support recurring reviews of threat-intelligence datasets and simulation outputs

Who You Are

  • Experienced in cybersecurity, offensive security, or threat intelligence — you've worked in the weeds of real attack scenarios
  • Deep understanding of exploit development, adversary tradecraft, and how real attacks unfold
  • Strong analytical writer — you can translate complex technical findings into clear, structured documentation
  • Self-directed and reliable when working independently on task-based assignments
  • Sharp eye for the details that matter when assessing adversary behavior and systemic risk

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework and how it maps to real-world adversary behavior
  • Background in red-team operations, penetration testing, or adversary emulation
  • Experience with malware analysis, reverse engineering, or threat hunting
  • Prior work in CTI (cyber threat intelligence) production or structured analytic writing

Why Join Us

  • Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside leading research labs
  • Fully remote and flexible — work when and where it suits you
  • Freelance autonomy with the structure of meaningful, task-based work
  • Put your offensive security expertise to work on problems that matter at scale
  • Potential for ongoing work and contract extension as new projects launch
