About the Role
What if your voice could directly shape how AI speaks to millions of French speakers around the world? We're looking for professional French-speaking voice actors and voice-over artists to record high-quality vocal content and evaluate AI-generated speech — helping frontier AI systems sound more natural, expressive, and authentically human.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just a commanding French voice, a professional setup, and a sharp ear for quality.

What You'll Do
- Record high-quality French voice samples based on provided scripts and creative prompts
- Evaluate AI-generated voice outputs for naturalness, pronunciation, tone, and expressiveness
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to help improve the quality of AI-generated speech
- Review and refine scripts to ensure clarity, authenticity, and natural delivery
- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or similar professional voice work
- Fluent in French — native or near-native proficiency strongly preferred
- Equipped with a high-quality microphone and a quiet, controlled recording environment
- Able to deliver clear, expressive, and engaging vocal performances consistently
- Detail-oriented when assessing pronunciation, cadence, tone, and spoken clarity
- No prior AI or tech experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience across multiple French dialects or regional accents
- Background in broadcast, film, animation, e-learning, or commercial voice work
- Familiarity with audio recording software or digital audio workstations (DAWs)
- Experience evaluating or directing voice performance quality
