What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated content and flag potential bias, stereotypes, or harmful outputs
- Evaluate whether AI responses are safe and appropriate for diverse audiences
- Apply fairness and safety guidelines consistently across a wide range of topics and content types
- Provide clear, structured written feedback explaining your reasoning
- Identify subtle ethical concerns that require nuanced, context-aware judgment
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Genuinely interested in fairness, ethics, social impact, or responsible technology
- A strong critical thinker who can see issues from multiple perspectives
- Attuned to nuance, cultural sensitivity, and context
- A clear and effective written communicator
- Detail-oriented and consistent in applying evaluation guidelines
- No formal background in AI, ethics, or related fields required
Nice to Have
- Experience in social sciences, journalism, law, education, or community advocacy
- Familiarity with concepts like algorithmic bias, content moderation, or responsible AI
- Background in research, writing, or quality evaluation
