About the Role

We're looking for experienced management and leadership instructors to help shape how AI understands organizational behavior, decision-making, and leadership reasoning. Your expertise will directly influence the quality of AI systems used by businesses and researchers worldwide.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role — work on your own schedule while contributing to cutting-edge AI development.

What You'll Do

  • Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and realism
  • Evaluate AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design
  • Identify flawed assumptions, weak logic, or unrealistic decision-making in AI outputs
  • Provide clear, structured feedback that improves how AI models reason through managerial challenges
  • Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
  • Strong command of organizational behavior, management theory, and leadership frameworks
  • Skilled at evaluating decision-making quality and identifying reasoning gaps
  • Comfortable reviewing written scenarios, recommendations, and analytical outputs
  • Self-motivated and reliable — able to manage your own time and meet deadlines

Nice to Have

  • MBA or Master's degree in Management, Organizational Behavior, or a related field
  • Real-world leadership, operations, or consulting experience
  • Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows
