About the Role

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role — no technical background required. If you're naturally curious, enjoy exploring ideas across different topics, and can articulate what makes a response good or bad, this role is a great fit.

What You'll Do
- Engage in conversations with AI chatbots across a wide variety of topics and scenarios
- Rate responses for helpfulness, accuracy, safety, and overall quality
- Identify issues such as factual errors, awkward phrasing, inconsistency, or bias
- Design creative, challenging, and edge-case prompts to stress-test AI behavior
- Submit clear, structured feedback using provided evaluation tools and rubrics
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Naturally curious and comfortable exploring a wide range of conversation topics
- Able to evaluate AI responses objectively and articulate your reasoning clearly
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Comfortable using chat-based digital interfaces
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to meet task deadlines independently
- No prior AI, technical, or software experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience in writing, editing, research, or quality assurance
- Familiarity with AI tools or chatbot platforms
- A background in critical thinking, journalism, education, or a related field
