About the Role
What if your voice could directly shape how AI communicates with millions of German speakers around the world? We're looking for professional voice actors and voice-over artists to record high-quality German audio and evaluate AI-generated speech — helping frontier AI systems sound more natural, expressive, and genuinely human.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just a trained voice, a quality mic, and a quiet space to record. The work is AI-related but does not involve voice cloning.

What You'll Do
- Record high-quality German voice samples based on provided scripts and prompts
- Evaluate AI-generated voice outputs for naturalness, pronunciation, and expressiveness
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve AI-generated speech quality
- Review and refine scripts to ensure clarity and authentic, natural delivery
- Work independently on task-based assignments at your own pace
Who You Are
- Native or near-native fluency in German
- Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or similar fields
- Owner of a high-quality microphone with access to a quiet, controlled recording environment
- Able to deliver expressive, engaging, and technically clean recordings
- Detail-oriented when assessing pronunciation, tone, and vocal clarity
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently without close supervision
Nice to Have
- Experience in studio recording or broadcast voice work
- Background in linguistics, audio production, or speech coaching
- Familiarity with AI tools or audio evaluation workflows
- Knowledge of regional German dialects or Austrian/Swiss German variations
