About the Role
We're looking for experienced management and leadership instructors to help shape how AI understands organizational behavior, decision-making, and team dynamics. Your expertise will directly influence the quality of AI reasoning in one of the most complex and high-stakes domains — leadership and management.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your insights make a measurable difference in cutting-edge AI development.

- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and logical soundness
- Evaluate AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design
- Identify unrealistic assumptions, flawed logic, or weak decision-making frameworks
- Provide structured, expert feedback to help AI better model managerial thinking and tradeoffs
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
- Strong command of organizational behavior, management theory, and leadership principles
- Skilled at evaluating decision-making quality and identifying flawed reasoning
- Comfortable reviewing and critiquing written scenarios, case studies, and recommendations
- Self-directed and reliable when working independently on task-based projects
Nice to Have
- MBA or Master's degree in Management, Organizational Behavior, or a related field
- Real-world leadership, operations, or executive experience
- Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows
