We're looking for an experienced Clinical Business Intelligence Manager to lead analytics teams working at the intersection of healthcare and artificial intelligence. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for experienced healthcare analytics professionals who want to do high-impact work on their own terms.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
  • Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance at scale
  • Analyze clinical, operational, and performance datasets to surface actionable trends and insights that drive care delivery improvements and organizational efficiency
  • Translate complex healthcare data into clear, trusted outputs that leadership can act on with confidence
  • Apply your domain expertise to evaluate and improve how AI systems interpret and work with clinical data

Who You Are

  • Seasoned healthcare or clinical analytics professional with strong hands-on BI experience
  • Proven ability to design, build, and manage BI systems — including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and underlying data models
  • Experienced working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare environments
  • Confident leading technical teams and translating data findings for non-technical stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, methodical, and comfortable working independently in a remote, async environment

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or AI evaluation workflows
  • Familiarity with large language models or AI training pipelines
  • Background in healthcare informatics, population health, or clinical quality improvement
