We're looking for an experienced Clinical Business Intelligence Manager to lead analytics teams working at the intersection of healthcare and artificial intelligence. You'll bring your command of clinical data, BI systems, and team leadership to a role that's as technically rigorous as it is meaningful.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for experienced healthcare analytics professionals who want to do high-impact work on their own terms.

What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
- Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance at scale
- Analyze clinical, operational, and performance datasets to surface actionable trends and insights that drive care delivery improvements and organizational efficiency
- Translate complex healthcare data into clear, trusted outputs that leadership can act on with confidence
- Apply your domain expertise to evaluate and improve how AI systems interpret and work with clinical data
Who You Are
- Seasoned healthcare or clinical analytics professional with strong hands-on BI experience
- Proven ability to design, build, and manage BI systems — including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and underlying data models
- Experienced working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare environments
- Confident leading technical teams and translating data findings for non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, methodical, and comfortable working independently in a remote, async environment
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or AI evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with large language models or AI training pipelines
- Background in healthcare informatics, population health, or clinical quality improvement
