What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor BI teams in designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
  • Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance
  • Analyze clinical, operational, and performance datasets to surface meaningful trends and support strategic healthcare decisions
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Apply your healthcare domain expertise to evaluate and improve how AI systems interpret clinical data
  • Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Experienced in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or data management
  • Proven ability to design and manage BI systems — dashboards, reporting pipelines, data models
  • Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare environments
  • Strong communicator who can bridge the gap between raw data and real-world decisions
  • Detail-oriented and rigorous — you care about data integrity and analytical precision
  • Able to lead and guide teams with clarity and confidence

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows
  • Familiarity with EHR systems, FHIR standards, or health data interoperability
  • Background in population health, clinical operations, or quality improvement analytics
  • Experience working with LLMs or AI-powered tools in a healthcare context
