What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor BI teams in designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
- Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance
- Analyze clinical, operational, and performance datasets to surface meaningful trends and support strategic healthcare decisions
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Apply your healthcare domain expertise to evaluate and improve how AI systems interpret clinical data
- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Experienced in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or data management
- Proven ability to design and manage BI systems — dashboards, reporting pipelines, data models
- Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare environments
- Strong communicator who can bridge the gap between raw data and real-world decisions
- Detail-oriented and rigorous — you care about data integrity and analytical precision
- Able to lead and guide teams with clarity and confidence
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows
- Familiarity with EHR systems, FHIR standards, or health data interoperability
- Background in population health, clinical operations, or quality improvement analytics
- Experience working with LLMs or AI-powered tools in a healthcare context
