About the Role
What if your experience as an everyday shopper could directly shape how AI recommends products to millions of people? We're looking for Product Review Analysts to evaluate AI-generated product reviews, comparisons, and recommendations — helping ensure that AI shopping tools are accurate, trustworthy, and genuinely useful.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with a sharp eye for quality and a familiarity with online shopping. No retail, e-commerce, or AI experience required — just a methodical mindset and a commitment to doing good work.

What You'll Do
- Read and evaluate AI-generated product reviews, descriptions, and comparisons across a wide range of categories — including electronics, home goods, fashion, and more
- Rate content for accuracy, helpfulness, and natural tone
- Identify misleading claims, fake-sounding language, factual errors, or low-quality outputs
- Provide structured, detailed feedback using rating scales and written commentary
- Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Familiar with online shopping and reading product reviews
- Naturally detail-oriented with a consistent, systematic approach to evaluation
- Able to judge content quality and authenticity with confidence
- Clear and concise written communicator
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No prior AI, retail, or e-commerce experience required
Nice to Have
- Background in writing, editing, journalism, or content quality
- Experience with consumer research, product testing, or purchasing decisions
- Familiarity with AI tools or content platforms as an end user
