About the Role

We're looking for curious, thoughtful people to hold conversations with AI systems, probe their limits, and provide the kind of real-world feedback that research labs can't get anywhere else.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role — open to anyone with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in how AI works.

What You'll Do
- Engage AI chatbots in conversations spanning a wide range of topics — from everyday questions to complex, creative scenarios
- Evaluate responses for helpfulness, accuracy, tone, and safety
- Identify problems like factual errors, awkward phrasing, bias, or inappropriate outputs
- Design creative and challenging prompts to stress-test AI behavior
- Submit structured, detailed feedback that directly informs AI improvements
Who You Are
- Naturally curious — you enjoy exploring ideas across different topics and don't mind thinking outside the box
- Able to assess quality objectively and articulate what makes a response good or poor
- A clear, confident written communicator
- Comfortable using chat-based tools and online platforms
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No technical background or prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience in writing, editing, research, or quality assurance
- Familiarity with conversational AI tools
- An eye for nuance — spotting subtle issues others might miss
