About the Role
What if your sense of fairness and sharp analytical mind could directly shape how AI behaves in the real world? We're looking for AI Policy, Ethics & Compliance Analysts to evaluate AI-generated content against safety, fairness, and ethical standards — helping ensure that AI systems reflect the values people actually care about.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong critical thinking and clear written communication skills. No background in AI, policy, or compliance required.

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated content and evaluate it for bias, safety risks, and ethical alignment
- Classify outputs based on fairness, accuracy, and compliance criteria
- Identify content that could be harmful, misleading, or inappropriate
- Write structured, reasoned feedback on policy-related issues and edge cases
- Work across a diverse range of topics, formats, and content types
- Complete assignments independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Strong critical thinker who can evaluate nuanced, complex content objectively
- Naturally drawn to questions of fairness, ethics, or societal impact
- Clear and precise written communicator
- Detail-oriented and consistent in applying evaluation criteria
- Self-motivated and reliable working independently
- No prior experience in AI, policy, or compliance required
Nice to Have
- Background in philosophy, ethics, law, journalism, social sciences, or public policy
- Experience with content moderation, quality assurance, or research
- Familiarity with AI tools or language model outputs as an end user
