About the Role
What if your deep knowledge of cancer clinical trials could directly shape how AI understands and reasons about oncology — influencing the tools that will define the future of cancer care?
We're looking for experienced Oncology Clinical Researchers to bring real-world clinical rigor into cutting-edge AI development. You'll evaluate, guide, and improve AI-generated oncology content — ensuring it reflects the scientific, regulatory, and clinical standards that matter most in cancer research.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background required — just deep expertise in oncology clinical trials and a sharp eye for scientific accuracy.
- Organization: Alignerr
- Type: Hourly Contract
- Location: Remote
- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
- Review and evaluate AI-generated oncology content for clinical accuracy, regulatory alignment, and scientific relevance
- Apply your expertise in trial design — protocol development, patient enrollment, safety monitoring, and regulatory compliance — to assess AI outputs
- Analyze AI-generated interpretations of cancer trial data, including efficacy endpoints, safety profiles, and biomarker results
- Identify gaps, errors, or misalignments between AI-generated insights and real-world oncology standards
- Translate your clinical knowledge into structured, actionable feedback that directly improves AI model performance
- Work independently and asynchronously — entirely on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Experienced in designing and managing oncology clinical trials, from protocol development through data readout
- Strong background in analyzing oncology clinical data — including primary and secondary endpoints, safety monitoring, and biomarker analysis
- Familiar with regulatory submission standards for agencies such as the FDA or EMA
- Detail-oriented and methodical, with a consistent approach to evaluating complex scientific content
- Able to clearly communicate clinical reasoning and feedback in writing
- No prior AI or tech experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows
- Background in translational oncology, precision medicine, or biomarker-driven trial design
- Familiarity with regulatory documents such as clinical study reports, INDs, or NDAs
- Prior work across multiple cancer indications or therapeutic modalities
