This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to developers of all backgrounds. Whether you're self-taught, a hobbyist, or a seasoned engineer, if you can read and reason about code, we want your perspective.

What You'll Do

  • Review AI-generated code in Python, JavaScript, or other languages for correctness and quality
  • Identify bugs, logical errors, edge cases, and inefficiencies
  • Rate code quality using structured evaluation rubrics
  • Suggest clear, well-reasoned improvements
  • Work across a variety of programming challenges and difficulty levels
  • Complete assignments independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Able to read and understand code in at least one programming language
  • Analytical thinker with solid problem-solving instincts
  • Clear written communicator who can explain technical concepts concisely
  • Detail-oriented and consistent in your evaluations
  • Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
  • No computer science degree or formal professional experience required — self-taught developers and coding hobbyists are encouraged to apply

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with multiple programming languages
  • Experience with code review, debugging, or software testing
  • Background in competitive programming, open-source contribution, or technical writing
  • Prior exposure to AI tools or developer workflows
