We're looking for experienced electrical engineers to help train and improve cutting-edge AI models. Your technical expertise will directly shape how AI reasons through complex engineering problems — from circuit analysis to power systems to signal processing.
This is a flexible, fully remote contract role where your domain knowledge makes a real difference in the quality and reliability of next-generation AI.

What You'll Do
- Design Challenging Problems — Create advanced electrical engineering scenarios across domains like circuit analysis, power systems, electromagnetics, signal processing, and embedded systems to rigorously test AI performance
- Author Ground-Truth Solutions — Develop precise, step-by-step technical solutions that serve as benchmarks for AI learning and evaluation
- Audit Technical Accuracy — Review AI-generated outputs including code, circuit diagrams, and mathematical proofs for correctness, safety, and adherence to engineering standards (IEEE, NEC, etc.)
- Refine AI Reasoning — Identify logical gaps or flaws in AI-generated engineering reasoning and provide structured, constructive feedback to improve model performance
- Work Asynchronously — Complete assignments independently on a schedule that works for you
Who You Are
- Hold or are pursuing a Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field
- Have strong foundational expertise in one or more of: VLSI, control systems, telecommunications, power electronics, signal processing, or embedded systems
- Can communicate complex technical concepts clearly and precisely in written form
- Have a sharp eye for mathematical accuracy, circuit logic, and technical documentation
- Are self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data labeling, or AI evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with simulation tools (MATLAB, SPICE, etc.)
- Background in technical writing or engineering documentation
