As an IAM Analyst, you'll apply your real-world security expertise to help AI systems reason accurately about how identity and access risks emerge, escalate, and propagate in enterprise environments.

What You'll Do
- Analyze realistic IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses and misconfigurations
- Classify permission issues, privilege escalation paths, and identity-related failures
- Review zero-trust architectures and access design decisions for accuracy and risk
- Generate and validate realistic identity security data used to train and evaluate AI systems
- Provide structured, expert feedback that helps AI reason more accurately about enterprise security
Who You Are
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms
- Solid understanding of RBAC, least-privilege principles, and access review processes
- Strong grasp of how identity failures occur and how attackers exploit them in real environments
- Analytical mindset with clear written communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments
Nice to Have
- Experience with platforms like Okta, Azure AD, AWS IAM, or similar
- Familiarity with zero-trust frameworks and identity governance
- Background in cloud security, penetration testing, or security architecture
- Prior exposure to AI training or data annotation workflows
