As an IAM Analyst, you'll apply your real-world security expertise to help AI systems reason accurately about how identity and access risks emerge, escalate, and propagate in enterprise environments.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze realistic IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses and misconfigurations
  • Classify permission issues, privilege escalation paths, and identity-related failures
  • Review zero-trust architectures and access design decisions for accuracy and risk
  • Generate and validate realistic identity security data used to train and evaluate AI systems
  • Provide structured, expert feedback that helps AI reason more accurately about enterprise security

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms
  • Solid understanding of RBAC, least-privilege principles, and access review processes
  • Strong grasp of how identity failures occur and how attackers exploit them in real environments
  • Analytical mindset with clear written communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments

Nice to Have

  • Experience with platforms like Okta, Azure AD, AWS IAM, or similar
  • Familiarity with zero-trust frameworks and identity governance
  • Background in cloud security, penetration testing, or security architecture
  • Prior exposure to AI training or data annotation workflows
