About the Role
What if your eye for a fake review and your experience as an everyday shopper could directly improve how AI recommends products to millions of people? We're looking for Product Review Analysts to evaluate AI-generated product reviews, comparisons, and recommendations — helping ensure the AI tools people rely on for buying decisions are accurate, helpful, and trustworthy.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with a sharp eye for quality and a knack for spotting content that just doesn't feel right. No retail, e-commerce, or AI experience required.

What You'll Do
- Read and evaluate AI-generated product reviews, descriptions, and comparison content across categories like electronics, home goods, fashion, and more
- Rate content for accuracy, helpfulness, and natural tone
- Identify misleading claims, fake-sounding language, factual errors, or unhelpful outputs
- Provide structured, detailed feedback using rating tools and written commentary
- Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Familiar with online shopping and reading product reviews — you know what good looks like
- Naturally detail-oriented with a consistent, methodical approach
- Able to assess content quality objectively and explain your reasoning clearly
- Strong written communication skills
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No prior AI, retail, or e-commerce experience required
Nice to Have
- Background in writing, editing, journalism, or content quality
- Experience with consumer research, product testing, or content moderation
- Familiarity with AI tools or review platforms as an end user
