About the Role
What if your coding skills — whether self-taught, hobby-level, or professional — could directly improve the AI tools that millions of developers rely on every day? We're looking for Code Review Specialists to evaluate AI-generated code and help make it smarter, cleaner, and more reliable.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone who can read and reason about code. No computer science degree or professional experience required — if you can spot a bug or explain why a function isn't working, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated code in Python, JavaScript, or other languages for correctness, efficiency, and readability
- Identify bugs, logical errors, edge cases, and inefficiencies
- Rate code quality using structured evaluation rubrics
- Suggest concrete improvements and explain your reasoning clearly in writing
- Work across a variety of programming challenges spanning different difficulty levels and domains
- Complete assignments independently on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Able to read and understand code in at least one programming language
- Analytical thinker who enjoys spotting what's wrong and knowing how to fix it
- Clear written communicator — you can explain technical issues in plain language
- Detail-oriented and consistent in your evaluations
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- No formal CS degree or professional software experience required — self-taught developers and coding hobbyists are strongly encouraged to apply
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with multiple programming languages
- Experience with code review, debugging, or software testing
- Background in competitive programming, open source contribution, or personal projects
- Comfort using online IDEs or code editors
