What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated content and evaluate it against safety, fairness, and ethical standards
- Classify outputs based on compliance criteria including accuracy, bias, and potential harm
- Identify content that could be misleading, inappropriate, or inconsistent with responsible AI guidelines
- Write structured, detailed feedback on policy-related issues with clear reasoning
- Work across a diverse range of topics, content types, and real-world scenarios
- Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule
Who You Are
- A strong critical thinker who can evaluate nuanced content objectively
- Genuinely interested in ethics, fairness, policy, or responsible technology
- Able to articulate complex judgments in clear, structured written form
- Detail-oriented and consistent in applying evaluation criteria
- Self-motivated and comfortable working asynchronously
- No prior AI, policy, or compliance experience required
Nice to Have
- Background in ethics, philosophy, law, policy, journalism, or social sciences
- Experience with content moderation, research, or quality evaluation
- Familiarity with AI tools or awareness of current AI safety discussions
