About the Role

We're looking for experienced EMR/EHR Implementation Specialists to bring their real-world clinical systems expertise to AI — helping evaluate, improve, and validate how AI understands healthcare workflows, documentation, and digital infrastructure.
Your hands-on experience with platforms like Epic and Cerner is exactly what's needed to make AI smarter in one of the most important industries in the world.

What You'll Do
- Apply your EMR/EHR expertise to evaluate AI-generated content related to clinical systems, healthcare workflows, and digital health implementation
- Review and assess AI outputs for accuracy, clinical relevance, and practical applicability
- Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic scenarios in AI-generated healthcare system configurations and documentation
- Provide structured, expert feedback to help AI models better understand real-world EMR/EHR environments
- Draw on your knowledge of Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms to guide quality and correctness
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or optimizing EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner
- Strong understanding of clinical and administrative healthcare workflows
- Ability to evaluate technical healthcare content for real-world accuracy and usability
- Detail-oriented with clear written communication skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on remote, task-based assignments
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, quality assurance, or evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with multiple EMR/EHR platforms
- Background in clinical informatics, health IT, or healthcare operations
- Experience training or supporting end-users on healthcare technology systems
