What You'll Do
- Apply accurate, consistent labels to clinical and medical research datasets
- Review and verify existing annotations for quality and correctness
- Interpret complex healthcare data and apply structured annotation guidelines
- Flag ambiguous cases and document your reasoning clearly
- Maintain high annotation quality across large, specialized datasets
- Collaborate asynchronously with a quality-focused team
Who You Are
- Background in healthcare, clinical research, life sciences, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Comfortable working with complex, domain-specific datasets
- Able to follow detailed annotation guidelines consistently
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- Experience in medical coding, clinical documentation, or health informatics is a plus
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with EHR data, clinical terminology, or ICD/CPT coding
- Prior experience in data annotation or labeling workflows
- Background in medical research or clinical trials
