About the Role
AI is only as good as the feedback it receives — and that's where you come in. We're looking for detail-oriented individuals to review, evaluate, and rate AI-generated outputs across text, images, and structured data. Your assessments directly influence how AI models learn, improve, and respond to real-world use.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to candidates from a wide range of backgrounds. No prior AI or technical experience required.

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated responses across text, image, and structured data formats for accuracy, relevance, and quality
- Rate outputs using clear, structured rubrics and evaluation guidelines
- Identify factual errors, inconsistencies, and areas where AI responses fall short
- Write clear, actionable feedback that guides model improvement
- Work across a variety of topics and content types — no two days look the same
Who You Are
- Sharp eye for detail with strong analytical thinking
- Comfortable reading, evaluating, and critiquing written content
- Self-motivated and able to manage your time independently
- Strong written English communication skills
- Reliable and consistent in meeting task deadlines
- No prior AI or technical background required — if you can think critically and communicate clearly, you're qualified
Nice to Have
- Experience in editing, research, fact-checking, or content review
- Familiarity with evaluation or annotation workflows
- Background in a knowledge-heavy field (science, law, medicine, finance, etc.)
