About the Role
We're looking for experienced C++ developers to help evaluate and improve AI systems that write and reason about code. Your expertise will directly shape how AI understands C++ — from low-level memory management to complex systems architecture.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. Work on your own schedule, on projects that matter.
What You'll Do
- Review and evaluate AI-generated C++ code for correctness, efficiency, and style
- Write robust C++ solutions spanning algorithms, systems programming, game development, and more
- Identify edge cases, bugs, and subtle logic errors in AI-generated code
- Provide clear, structured feedback and well-reasoned explanations for your evaluations
- Create human-readable summaries of solutions and coding decisions
- Help define what "good" C++ looks like for the next generation of AI models
Who You Are
- Proficient in modern C++ (C++11 and above), including STL, OOP, templates, and memory management
- Comfortable writing and reviewing code across a range of difficulty levels
- Strong communicator — able to explain technical decisions clearly in writing
- Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for correctness and performance
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
Nice to Have
- 3+ years of experience in C++ domains such as systems programming, game engines, embedded systems, or finance
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Familiarity with performance optimization, compiler behavior, concurrency, or metaprogramming
- Prior experience with data labeling, RLHF, or AI training workflows
Why Join Us
- Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside top research labs and AI teams
- Fully remote and asynchronous — work from anywhere, on your own schedule
- Freelance perks: autonomy, variety, and the satisfaction of doing technically rigorous work
- Your contributions directly improve AI tools used by developers and engineers worldwide
- Potential for ongoing work and contract extension based on performance
