About the Role
What if your sharp eye for detail could directly influence how AI systems understand the written world? We're looking for Document Review Specialists to read, annotate, and classify a wide variety of documents — helping cutting-edge AI learn to interpret structured and unstructured text with greater accuracy and nuance.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong reading comprehension and a methodical approach to work. No legal, administrative, or document management experience required — just a commitment to accuracy and a reliable internet connection.

What You'll Do
- Read and annotate a diverse range of documents — including articles, reports, contracts, forms, and more
- Classify document sections, identify key information, and label important data points
- Extract and tag entities, dates, relationships, and other structured elements from text
- Follow detailed annotation guidelines consistently and with precision
- Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy across large document sets
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Strong reading comprehension and ability to process diverse document types
- Naturally detail-oriented with a systematic, consistent approach
- Comfortable following structured guidelines across varied content
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No prior AI, legal, or document management experience required
Nice to Have
- Background in research, editing, data entry, or administrative work
- Experience with annotation tools, content review platforms, or quality assurance workflows
- Familiarity with AI tools or data labeling as an end user
